Erin Gomez is an MPH candidate at George Washington University, studying Environmental Health Science and Policy. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Northern Iowa. Erin is passionate about addressing environmental injustices and a founding executive board member of the Environmental Justice Action Network (EJAN) at George Washington University. She is currently working as a Research Assistant with Dr. Ami Zota and Agents of Change in Environmental Justice to develop the program’s social media. She’s also the Water Quality Associate at Anacostia Riverkeeper, and a Research Assistant with Dr. Melissa Perry’s Research Lab in the Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University where she is studying various environmental exposures and the effects on reproductive health.
